This is my photo of "the lion in the woods", officially known as "The Haggerty Lion". The Haggerty Lion was designed by Thomas Haggerty for his brother, Michael (1960-1974), this bronze lion is a National Smithsonian registered sculptural landmark. This was placed in Oakwood in 1982.
