Return Policy

If for any reason you received a damaged, incorrect product or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund.

To initiate a refund: 

• Please contact us at Returns@ILoveCemeteries.com with your Name, Address, Order Number, your reason for return and a photo of the item. We will respond with further instructions within 24 hours.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions as when it was received.
• The item must be received back to ILoveCemeteries.com within 10 business days from your return being approved and a return address being provided. Items received beyond this time frame will not be eligible for a refund. 
• All shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
• No refunds will be issued beyond the 14 day post delivery timeframe.
